【摘要】:ThispartofIEC62196isapplicabletoplugs,socket-outlets,connectors,inletsandcableassembliesforelectricvehicles,intendedforuseinconductivechargingsystemswhichincorporatecontrolmeans,witharatedoperatingvoltagenotexceeding:-690Va.c,50-60Hz,ataratedcurrentnotexceeding250A;-600Vd.c,ataratedcurrentnotexceeding400A.TheseaccessoriesandcableassembliesareintendedtobeusedforcircuitsspecifiedinIEC61851-1whichoperateatdifferentvoltagesandfrequenciesandwhichmayincludeELVandcommunicationsignals.Theseaccessoriesandcableassembliesaretobeusedinanambienttemperatureofbetween-30℃and+50℃.Insomecountries,otherrequirementsmayapply.Theseaccessoriesareintendedtobeconnectedonlytocableswithcopperorcopper-alloyconductors.TheaccessoriescoveredbythisstandardareforuseincertainmodesofchargingEV's.ThesemodesaredefinedinIEC61851-1.Thesedefinitionsandadescriptionofthetypesofconnection(casesA,BandC),alsodescribedinIEC61851-1,arereproducedhereinasAnnexA.Table1illustratesthetypesofaccessories(B,U32,UA,UD)permittedforeachchargingsituation(modeandcase)andidentifieswhereitismandatorytousetheaccessoriescoveredbythisstandard.Theseareindicatedbytheentriesinthecolumnsheaded"62196"inTable1.Thetablealsodescribessituationsinwhicheitheranaccessorycoveredbythisstandard,orotherstandardizedaccessories,arepermittedtobeused.Theyareidentifiedbyanentryinthecolumnheaded"62196"andtheword"Any"underthecolumnheaded"Type".Thisstandarddoesnotapplytothosestandardisedaccessoriesusedinchargingsystemswheretheuseofsuchaccessoriesconstructedtotherequirementsofotherstandardsispermitted(e.g.inmode1andmode2).Suchstandardizedaccessoriesmaybeusedforthosesituations(modeandcase)identifiedinTable1bytheword"Any"underthecolumnheaded"Type"andwithnocorrespondingentryunderthecolumnheaded"62196".Thisstandardcanbeusedasaguideforaccessorieswithalessernumberofcontactsandlowerratingsforusewithlightdutyvehicles.
