【摘要】:1.1Thisconsumersafetyperformancespecificationcoversperformancerequirements,testmethods,andlabelingrequirementsforshoppingcartsandrestraintsystems.1.2Thisspecificationisintendedtocoverchildrenwhoareatleastsixmonthsofageandatleast15lb(7kg)uptochildrenwhoarenotmorethanfouryearsofageandwhoweighnomorethan35lb(16kg).1.3Thisspecificationdoesnotincludeanyprovisionsnorisintendedforuseofpersonalinfantcarriers.1.4Noshoppingcartorrestraintsystemproducedaftertheapprovaldateofthisconsumersafetyperformancespecificationshall,eitherbylabelorothermeans,indicatecompliancewiththisspecificationunlessitconformstoallrequirementsherein.1.5Thevaluesstatedininch-poundunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.TheSIvaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.1.6Thefollowingprecautionarycaveatpertainsonlytothetestmethodportion,Section,ofthisspecification.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
