【摘要】:Thisguideisintendedtoaidintheselectionofstandardsforpolymermatrixcompositematerials.ItspecificallysummarizestheapplicationofstandardsfromASTMCommitteeD30onCompositeMaterialsthatapplytocontinuous-fiberreinforcedpolymermatrixcompositematerials.Forreferenceandcomparison,manycommonlyusedorapplicableASTMstandardsfromotherASTMCommitteesarealsoincluded.1.1ThisguidesummarizestheapplicationofASTMstandardtestmethods(andothersupportingstandards)tocontinuous-fiberreinforcedpolymermatrixcompositematerials.ThemostcommonlyusedormostapplicableASTMstandardsareincluded,emphasizinguseofstandardsofCommitteeD30onCompositeMaterials.1.2Thisguidedoesnotcoverallpossiblestandardsthatcouldapplytopolymermatrixcompositesandrestrictsdiscussiontothedocumentedscope.Commonlyusedbutnon-standardindustryextensionsoftestmethodscopes,suchasapplicationofstatictestmethodstofatiguetesting,arenotdiscussed.Amorecompletesummaryofgeneralcompositetestingstandards,includingnon-ASTMtestmethods,isincludedintheCompositeMaterialsHandbook(MIL-HDBK-17).Additionalspecificrecommendationsfortestingtextile(fabric,braided)compositesarecontainedinGuideD6856.1.3Thisguidedoesnotspecifyasystemofmeasurement;thesystemsspecifiedwithineachofthereferencedstandardsshallapplyasappropriate.NotethatthereferencedstandardsofASTMCommitteeD30areeitherSI-onlyorcombined-unitstandardswithSIunitslistedfirst.1.4Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
