【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardisapplicabletoportableequipment,withorwithoutmatchingconnectionpoints,fortemporaryearthingorearthingandshort-circuitingofelectricallyisolatedorde-energizeda.c.andd.c.installations,distributionandtransmissionnetworks,whethertheyareoverheadorundergroundorofloworhighvoltage.NOTEAnnexAprovidesguidanceforapplicationtorailwaysystems.Thisstandardcoversequipmentcomprisinganearthingorashort-circuitingoranearthingandshort-circuitingdeviceandinsulatingcomponent.AnexampleisgiveninFigurelaandFigurelb.Italsocovers:-earthingorshort-circuitingorearthingandshort-circuitingdevicesintendedtobeinstalledwithinsulatingmeans.AnexampleofanearthingdeviceisgiveninFigurelc;-separatecomponents,suchasconductiveextension(seeFigurelb)orclamporcablewithendfittings.Theperformanceofequipment,devicesandcomponentscoveredbythisstandardisbasedonelectro-dynamicandelectro-thermaleffectsactingduringshort-circuit.Thewithstandcapabilityofthedevicesandequipmentisexpressedbytheirratedvaluesofcurrent,timeandpeakfactor.Noratedvoltageisgiven,butthegeometricaldimensionsoftheequipmentarealsolinkedtothevoltageoftheinstallation.Examplesofconnectiondiagramsofearthingandshort-circuitingdevicesaregiveninFigures2and3.AssociatedusuallengthsofcablesaregiveninTable1.Notcoveredinthisstandardare:-insulatingmeans,suchasinsulatingsticks,telescopicsticks,insulatinghandles,insulatinggloves,aerialdeviceswithinsulatingbooms,insulatingropestobeusedtoinstalltheearthingandshort-circuitingdevice;-insulatingcomponents,exceptforbasicsafetyrequirementsfortheinsulatingelement;NOTEBasicsafetyrecommendationsforearthingsticksaregiveninAnnexB.-devicesmeantonlyforthedrainingofinducedcurrents;-relevantworkingproceduresforusingportableequipmentforearthingorearthingandshort-circuiting.NOTETheequipmentcomplyingwiththisstandardshouldbeusedaccordingtosafeworkingproceduresandaccordingtolocalornationalregulation,suchasliveworkingordeadworkingprocedures.
