本导则规定了保证电力系统安全稳定运行的基本要求，电力系统安全稳定标准以及系统安全稳定计算方法，电网经营企业，电网调度机构，电力生产企业，电力供应企业，电力建设企业，电力规划和勘测、设计、科研等单位，均应遵守和执行本导则。本导则适用于电压等级为220kV及以上的电力系统。220kV以下的电力系统可参照执行。

【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandarddefinestheprinciplesforthedesignofworkscarriedoutusingfibrous(gypsum)plasterproductsasdefinedinEN13815.Fibrous(gypsum)plastercastsfromthethreecategoriesofproductionbelow(seeClause4ofEN13815:2006)shouldbeinvolved:a)”cpp”allowingregulatorymarkingCE;b)“cppv”allowingregulatorymarkingCE;c)“ipp”eitherwhenCEmarkingisrequired;orwithoutCEmarking(seeAnnexD–Note2ofEN13815:2006).ThisEuropeanStandardappliestobothnewconstructionsandtotherefurbishment,restructuringorconversionofexistingbuildings.ThecommonfieldsofapplicationoffibrousplasterareassetoutinTable1below.ThisEuropeanStandardshouldnotapplyto:?worksformedfromfibrereinforcedgypsumsheetproducts,thatarethesubjectofprEN15283;?suspendedceilingsformedfromgypsumunitsand/ortills,installeddryinaframework,thatarethesubjectofEN14246;?worksformedofsolidcasts;?runmouldedplasterworksformedinsitu;?worksformedfromplasterbasedstuccocasts,carton-pierredecors,resindecors;?fibrousplasterworkswhich,bytheirnature,donotfromanintegralpartofthestructurebytheuseofpermanentfixing(e.g.exhibitionstands);?fibrousplasterworksconsistingofcastsandembellishments,whentheyaretobeapplieddirectlytoeitherneworexistingwallorceilingsurfaces,forpurelydecorativeapplications(seeFigures3and4).Worksofthesetypesshouldbecarriedoutinaccordancewithstandardpractice.ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotcontaintheregulatoryrequirementswithwhichfibrousplasterworkse.g.ceilingsneedtocomplyincertainbuildings.NOTEInthefieldofsafety,themainregulationsrelatetocertaintypesofbuildings,forexample:?publicbuildings(PB);?highrisebuildings(HRB);?buildingsforeducationalpurposes;?buildingsforsanitarypurposes.ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotdealwiththeabilityoffibrousplasteringworkstocomplywithparticulartechnicalrequirements(e.g.acoustical)neededinorderfortheworkstocomplywiththerequirementsoftheparticularbuildingcontract.
