【摘要】:TheserequirementscoverOutlineofInvestigationforRubberHoseforRadiantHeatingIssueNumber:3.Hose,insizesuptoandincludinganominalinternaldiameterof1inch(25.4mm),intendedtoconveywaterorotherheattransferfluids,atamaximumworkingpressureof100psig(0.69MPa)andamaximumworkingtemperatureof82~C(180~F),forthepurposeofradiantheatingoffloorsanddriveways.Thehosecanbeinstalledindirectcontactwithcombustiblebuildingmaterials.Thehoseisintendedtobeinstalledinaccordancewiththemanufacturer'sinstallationinstructionsprovidedwiththeproductandanylocalcodes.Theserequirementsdonotcovercouplingsortheirmethodofattachment.Theserequirementsdonotincludetheheatsource,manifolds,valves,controls,ortheefficiencyofheattransfer.Thefireresistanceratingofafloorassembly,existingornewconstruction,maybeadverselyaffectedbytheinstallationoftheheatinghoseorhoseassemblies,unlesstheratingofthefloorassemblyincombinationwiththehoseorhoseassemblyhasbeendeterminedandfoundsuitablefortheapplication.Thelocalauthoritieshavingjurisdictionshouldbeconsultedastotheacceptabilityofthefireresistanceratingofthefloorassemblywiththehoseorhoseassemblyinstalled.Aproductthatcontainsfeatures,characteristics,components,materials,orsystemsnewordifferentfromthosecoveredbytherequirementsinthisOutline,andthatinvolveariskoffire,electricshock,orinjurytopersons,shallbeevaluatedusingtheappropriateadditionalcomponentandend-productrequirementsasdeterminednecessarytomaintaintheacceptablelevelofsafetyasoriginallyanticipatedbytheintentofthisOutline.Aproductwhosefeatures,characteristics,components,materials,orsystemsconflictwithspecificrequirementsorprovisionsofthisOutlinecannotbejudgedtocomplywiththisOutline.Whereconsideredappropriate,revisionofrequirementsshallbeproposedandadoptedinconformancewiththemethodsemployedfordevelopment,revision,andimplementationofthisOutline.
