【摘要】:1.1Thispracticecoversproceduresforthedynamicverificationofcyclicforceamplitudemeasurementaccuracyduringconstantamplitudetestinginanaxialfatiguetestingsystem.Itisbasedonthepremisethatforceverificationcanbedonewiththeuseofastraingagedelasticelement.Useofthispracticegivesassurancethattheaccuraciesofdynamicforcereadingsfromthetestmachine,atthetimeofthetest,afteranyuserappliedcorrectionfactors,fallwithinthelimitsrecommendedinSection9.ItdoesnotaddressstaticaccuracywhichmustfirstbeaddressedusingPracticesE4orequivalent.1.2Verificationisspecifictoaparticulartestmachineconfigurationandspecimen.Thisstandardisrecommendedtobeusedforeachconfigurationoftestingmachineandspecimen.WheredynamiccorrectionfactorsaretobeappliedtotestmachineforcereadingsinordertomeettheaccuracyrecommendedinSection9,theverificationisalsospecifictothecorrectionprocessused.Finally,ifthecorrectionprocessistriggeredand/orperformedbyaperson,thentheverificationisspecifictothatindividualaswell.1.3Itisrecognizedthatperformanceofafullverificationforeachconfigurationoftestingmachineandspecimenconfigurationcouldbeprohibitivelytimeconsumingand/orexpensive.AnnexA1providesmethodsforestimatingthedynamicaccuracyimpactoftestmachineandspecimenconfigurationchangesthatmayoccurbetweenfullverifications.Wheretestmachinedynamicaccuracyisinfluencedbyaperson,estimatingthedynamicaccuracyimpactofallindividualsinvolvedinthecorrectionprocessisrecommended.Thispracticedoesnotspecifyhowthatassessmentwillbedoneduetothestrongdependenceonowner/operatorsofthetestmachine.1.4Thispracticeisintendedtobeusedperiodically.Consistentresultsbetweenverificationsisexpected.Failuretoobtainconsistentresultsbetweenverificationsusingthesamemachineconfigurationimpliesuncertainaccuracyfordynamictestsperformedduringthattimeperiod.1.5Thispracticeaddressestheaccuracyofthetestingmachine'sindicatedforcesascomparedtoadynamometer'sindicateddynamicforces.Forthepurposesofthisverification,thedynamometer'sindicateddynamicforceswillbeconsideredthetrueforces.Phaselagbetweendynamometerandforcetransducerindicatedforcesisnotwithinthescopeofthispractice.1.6TheresultsofeithertheAnnexA1calculationorthefullexperimentalverificationmustbereportedperSection10ofthisstandard.1.7Thisstandarddoesnotaddresstheissueofatestmachine'scontrolaccuracy.Itdoesnotprovideassurancethattheforceobtainedequalstheforcecommandedwithinthespecifiedaccuracy.Thecorrelationbeingverifiedisbetweenthetestmachine'sindicatedforceandthetrueforceonthetestspecimenasmeasuredbyadynamometer.1.8Thispracticeprovidesnoassurancethattheshapeoftheactualwaveformconformstotheintendedwaveformwithinanyspecifiedtolerance.1.9Thisstandardisprincipallyfocusedatroomtemperatureoperation.Itisbelievedthereareadditionalissuesthatmustbeaddressedwhentestingathightemperatures.Atthepresenttime,thisstandardpracticemustbeviewedasonlyapartialsolutionforhightemperaturetesting.
